We currently ship to UK addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Next Day Delivery
Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and your order will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the following working day.
Shipping Method and Cost
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 at a flat rate of £3.99.
Free UK Delivery
Spend £50 or more in a single order and enjoy free UK delivery — no discount code needed, free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your parcel at royalmail.com.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by Royal Mail delays, adverse weather, or public holidays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.
- If your parcel has not arrived within 3 working days of dispatch, please contact us at sales@benerry.com and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
